We use a proprietary method to naturally cure our chocolate with hints of flavor. Since chocolate is naturally receptive to aroma, lovely essence becomes married with the chocolate. The rich flavors of this dark chocolate bar are created by air-infusing the chocolate next to aromatics.
The Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional 70% cacao was selected from rigorous blind taste testing due to it’s beautiful consistency contrasted with a complex balance of flavors. Our fine chocolate nuances take the palette on a ride through changing flavors of fruit, floral, and caramel, while lingering on your palette long after the bar has melted on your tongue.
